I offer talking therapy, a way of discovering your way forward.  Sometimes we feel stuck, sometimes you cannot put your finger on what is wrong.  This is an opportunity with another to discover what could be.

You sit in a room for 50 mins with someone you do not know, so let me  say a few things about me. 

 

ASSESSMENT

This an opportunity to describe what brings you to therapy, your expectations and crucially to see by the experience, if we can work with one another.

 

The internet is awash with information when it comes to self help, be it books, events or people who offer to assist.  Psychotherapy - therapy of the mind, holds a special place, in that it is one of the means for a healthy mind yet is largely sought in times of distress.
