Sessions are 50 minutes long and cover what you wish to talk about.  It is your space, and an opportunity to make sense of what is going on in your life.

 

Different thoughts and feelings may come up for you as your talking about things, alongside a new way of thinking about them and the sensations you are left with.

 

Therapy is a transformative process that is driven by you; it will be as fast, slow or something in between as you dictate.
